At Zapp our mission is to unlock energy efficiency in homes through low cost, accessible technology. To deliver lower energy bills, less energy waste and lower carbon emissions for all households.

We are also looking to help bridge the gap in decarbonising homes.​

Retrofitting Europe’s homes for decarbonisation is expected to cost €275–400 billion annually to 2030, or €5–6 trillion total by 2050, with per-home costs in the €15,000–€60,000 range depending on size and retrofit depth. If this is to be achievable its crucial to tap into the banks, mortgage providers and institutional finance for home upgrade loans and finance.​

We believe that low cost technology and unlocking household energy data can help bridge the gap and accelerate the decarbonisation of homes.
